About the Role
Lead our biodiversity monitoring initiatives and work with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven conservation strategies that protect ecosystems worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- •Design and implement biodiversity monitoring programs across multiple ecosystems
- •Analyze ecological data to identify trends and inform conservation strategies
- •Collaborate with field teams, data scientists, and stakeholders
- •Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals
- •Mentor junior biologists and research assistants
- •Present findings to clients, partners, and at international conferences
Requirements
- •PhD in Conservation Biology, Ecology, or related field
- •5+ years of experience in biodiversity research and conservation
- •Strong statistical analysis skills (R, Python preferred)
- •Experience with eDNA and bioacoustics monitoring techniques
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Ability to work in remote field locations when required
